If you need help with what to put in POP and SMTP, contact your Internet Service Provider and see the guide to setting up Eudora.

You should also explore the pulldown menus extensively and experiment. This is the quickest way I find things when I use a program.
Both versions also have extensive help within the programs themselves. ("Show balloons" or the balloon pulldown menu on a Macintosh, and the Help menu on Windows.)
Registered users of Eudora Pro are entitled to a certain periods of technical support from Qualcomm. Consult your manual for details. (Pro users can still, of course, post to the newsgroups as indicated below).
If you still are having trouble or have questions about Eudora features after consulting the above sources, you might try posting a question to the appropriate Eudora newsgroup.
Before posting, however, you should look at the subject lines of other posts to see if your topic is already addressed.
