For questions about Eudora features, see the above sources, go to the official Eudora site, or see the following: You should also explore the pulldown menus extensively and experiment. This is the quickest way I find things when I use a program.

Both versions also have extensive help within the programs themselves. ("Show balloons" or the balloon pulldown menu on a Macintosh, and the Help menu on Windows.)

Registered users of Eudora Pro are entitled to a certain periods of technical support from Qualcomm. Consult your manual for details. (Pro users can still, of course, post to the newsgroups as indicated below).
