The Fugitive was a tv show airing from 1963-67 starring David Janssen as Dr. Richard Kimble, falsely accused of killing his wife. While Lieutenant Girard (Barry Morse) chased Kimble, Kimble was looking for a one-armed man (played by Bill Raisch) he saw running from the direction of his house on the night of the murder.

Note that I do not compare the movie to the television show. I am a
fan of the television show, and I enjoyed the movie, but I consider them
different entities. When I want to watch the tv series, I've got a few
episodes on tape (but feel free to send me some more).
